Tools required:
- crow bar & rubber mallet
- 4 day rental of power sander and edger
- scrapers for the tar on the floor
- beer & tylenol
This is by far the most exciting and rewarding project I have ever tackled. After 6 years of architecture school and 4 years of working as an architectural designer its funny what fear and physical and emotional pain a house renovation can induce. Our next project is to build built in bookshelves on both sides of the fireplace in the family room... Wish us luck!
